PC (can be opened in a seperate window)- Sega

This is one of the most famous games in the strategy game genre. As the title suuggest, the game is set in roman times and revolves around two main stages of play. The majority of this game is set over europe, allowing the player to build and maintain their empire. This section is turn based. The other mode of gameplay, is  battlemode. This is set in real time and puts the player in the role of a general; making choices on troop deployment and strategies.

For most of the game, the pointer can be used, including single-clicking to choose menu options, right clicking to give orders to units and dragging to select multiple groups. There is a simple HUD at the bottom of the screen, which differs between the turn based section and the battles. It offers options such as speeding up time and a map! Before you start a battle, you are able to choose the level of difficulty and your armies.

Due to the nature of the gameplay (mostly point and click) the game can be played with accurate head or eye control.

To play the game in a seperate window, all you have to do is right click on the game icon, go to properties and scroll down to windowed mode.
