These brilliantly fun and engaging programs from Q&D Multimedia offer inventive and exciting ways to create music and make pictures. Aimed at different ages and abilities the programs offer a way to learn creative and IT skills, whilst not realising that you are doing so.

The layouts are easy to navigate and, as many are designed to be used with interactive whiteboards, work well with a touch screen. They can all be pointer controlled and ‘Pretty Thing’s’ and ‘Beep’ are also switch accessible with the option of one or two switches offering a quick and simple scanning layout. For eye-control, accurate pointer control is required, and as some of the targets are in hard to reach places, such as in the top corners and the bottom centre of the screen, help for the user may be required to access these points. The different programs offered include ‘Beep!, ‘Beep Beep!,’ ‘Mini Musical Monsters,’ ‘Musical Monsters,’ ‘Noisy Things’ and ‘Pretty Thing’s.’

Used Mini Musical Monsters with a touchscreen at the roadshow in Oxford last night. Very absorbing and instantly accessible. Great fun!
