Escape is a quick paced touchscreen game in which you must travel as far as you can up a shaft by jumping from wall to wall.
You jump by tapping or pressing anywhere on your screen. A tap gives you a small jump, whilst a slightly longer press will enable you to jump higher. You must use these variations of jump to avoid the obstacles enroute to the top. You can also use gravity and slide down the walls (only as far as the bottom of your screen) to adjust your position and set up your next jump.
Like many single tap touchscreen games, Escape requires quick reactions and well timed screen presses. However, the ability to tap anywhere on the screen to play and also to retry after a go has ended, allows for easier control for players to access the game.
