Blind GiRl is refreshingly different, an Xbox 360 title that puts you in the shoes of a poetic and curious blind girl. In essence this is an atmospheric maze and puzzle game, where you cough, sing and scream to help find your way around!

It feels a little like a mix between Alice in Wonderland and Shock Headed Peter. It's well worth a download just to find out for yourself. Watch out for the eyes!

Joypad Controls (left thumb stick and 3 buttons)
: LEFT analogue stick to move (press gently to creep about, press firmly to run). "A" to sing, "X" to scream (needs to be held to quit the level). START for the options and to progress beyond the initial title screen.

Playing this game well requires sight, fine motor skills, pre-planning, memory and patience. It can be played at the players pace. It features the option to make the game visually more accessible to colour-blind players. May be unsuitable for younger children.

Xbox 360 Indie Arcade: Free demo or 80 points to buy.

Alternatively, try Haunted House for the Atari VCS.
