Back In Play is a flash game which was produced to raise awareness of Ankylosing spondylitis (AS) "a painful, often progressive and potentially debilitating chronic inflammatory condition. It is commonly referred to as arthritis of the spine."
The game itself requires pointer control to access the menus. Once in the game, however, the controls just require one button (left click). The aim is to time your throw-in to reach the forward runs of your team mates for them to volley past the goalie.
