Age of Empires III is a strategy game in which you must settle in America and create an Empire. You predominantly do this by mining and collecting resources and using the these and the money you make to build buildings for defence and to manufacture units. To expand your Empire you can also attack others attempting to create their own, whilst fighting off those with their eyes on yours.
The game can be played entirely with pointer control, with all the selections made using the left mouse button and all action commands using the right.

Let's Tap offers a new way of interacting with the Wii remote. As the title suugests, you control the games using tapping. The Wiimote is placed on a surface (two card boxes are provided and require only light tapping), you then tap this surface which sends the vibrations to the Wiimote motion sensors. The menus can also be accessed using tapping, with one tap moving selction on to the next option and two taps selecting.

Whilst, many will find the supercars hard to handle you can have some great slower races with the lower entry cars (7 Mini’s racing through the streets of London exciting for players with any level of ability. Additionally, using the ‘Console Switch Interface Deluxe’ with one switch for acceleration and one switch for breaking and the joystick for steering left and right works ideally as a combination for this game.

The description on the back of the box sums Bayonetta up pretty well, with 'over-the-top' and 'intensity' being the dominating features of the game. This can only be seen as positive. With many big games titles becoming more and more concerned over realism and accuracy, and, perhaps fairly, accused of taking themselves a little too seriously ocasionally. Bayonetta comes as a breath of fresh air, and a pretty big lungful it is too.

This is one of the most famous games in the strategy game genre. As the title suuggest, the game is set in roman times and revolves around two main stages of play. The majority of this game is set over europe, allowing the player to build and maintain their empire. This section is turn based. The other mode of gameplay, is battlemode. This is set in real time and puts the player in the role of a general; making choices on troop deployment and strategies.
