My Golf Game: Featuring Ernie Els
By BillGameBase
PC - VTree LLC (Powered By EA Sports)
VTree have created a highly accessible, high quality game which would be at home amongst any of the mainstream sports games you could pull off the shelf at any high street videogame shop.
That is until you load up the game and see the range of playable control options available, which you wouldn't ordinarily come accross in your standard game. The main ways of controlling the gameplay and menu's are using either a pointer, switches (or keyboard) or an XBox 360 controller.
Switch Progression Road Map

Switch Progression Road Map booklet - Inclusive Technology (free)
For people wishing or needing to increase their switch skills, the Switch Progression Road Map from Inclusive Technology, is a really useful read.
This free booklet has been written by Ian Bean, who has been involved in some of the best switch projects of the past ten years, such as SEN Switcher and the Priory Woods web-site.
It seeks to show a structured way for people to build up switch skills, using Inclusive Technology software and equipment for examples. Other software and technology could just as well be used, as the teaching principles hold. You'd just need to put in the extra research up front to find suitable alternatives. Either way, improving those skills looks like a lot of fun.

For an alternative, see Chris Addis's much older, but still useful Using Switches and Switching Systems.
1 Button Platformer
By BillGameBase
PC (opens in a browser) - Chicken Dance
Using the space bar only (for jumps and double jumps) you must move the square using the platforms and avoid the spikes in order to travel as far as you can in this endless platformer. To start the game and to restart simply press the space bar.
Fast reactions are required along with well timed button presses to get good distances. However, due to the simple one button input to restart you can practice without restrictions and frustration.
Crush the Castle
By BillGameBase
PC (opens in a browser) - Joey Betz/Armor Games
Crush the Castle requires control of the cursor to access the menu's between levels. Gameplay itself requires one button only; the left mouse button.
Much the same as Angry Birds, the aim is to launch your missiles at the opposition, hitting them directly or indirectly by causing the buildings to fall in on them.
Aeronaut
By BillGameBase
PC (opens in a browser) - Jason H. Pickering
A lovely little one button game in which you must travel the greatest distance possible avoiding angry and bemonocled clouds, then successfully land your balloon safely.
The game has a full one button control scheme using the spacebar as the sole input for both gameplay and to start and restart the game. Repeated presses of the spacebar or switch are required, which also need to be accurately timed.
Portem
By One Switch
PC Windows XP onwards - Mirrow (24.99 Euros)
Portem is a virtual world that can be explored using a single switch, your brain(!) or more traditionally, a mouse and keyboard combo.
Exploring the simulated Dutch city of Portem is the greatest pleasure in this uniquely accessible game. Don't expect any deep conversations with the inhabitants ("Hi!"), and don't worry about the traffic (it can't hurt you). Just feel free to mooch about, hunting down the glowing rotating 'Play' icons floating around the city that each lead to an individual one-switch game...
The Flood Runner 2 - The Next Wave
By BillGameBase
PC (opens in a browser) - Bryan Devlin
Another top notch side scrolling one button game in the same vein as Canabalt and G-Switch in which you must escape the flood waters by leaping from rock to rock using just left click or space bar and quick reactions.
The menu is interacted with using the cursor, but once it is left hovering over the start icon you can restart your go by pressing left click.

To Hell With Johnny is groundbreaking in
both the volume and quality of accessibility
options available. The extensive options "go beyond the

Magnet Canyon Racer
By BillGameBase
PC (opens in a browser) - Go Play Sushi .com
Magnet Canyon Racer is not worried about not making much sense, just in making a short, fun game with plenty of replay value.
The aim is to travel the furthest distance in your left turn only car using the pull of the magnets to you right to counterbalance your lack of steering, whilst avoiding the rocky sheer drop off the cliff edge to your left. Along the way there will also be obstacles to test your one button driving skills.
One Button Left
By BillGameBase
PC (opens in a separate window).
A Space Invaders with one button gameplay, One Button Left uses a simple yet effective mechanic to give the player full control of their ship using just the spacebar.
After navigating the menu with a mouse cursor, the game itself requires the pressing of the spacebar to move your ship right, whilst relasing it will move it left. You will automatically fire at enemy ships when positioned beneath them.
