Was wondering about good audiogames to recommend to absolute beginners. Any suggestions?

Mach 1 - is a audio game race game by Kitchen's Inc. It takes practice but is logical once you've swotted up on the README instructions. It's frenetic and will have you cringing when you can feel yourself speeding into a brick wall.

Sonic Zoom was recently used at ATP's fantastic AbleGames2010, as a good starter audio-game on PC's. It's a racer / collect-em-up, and also has 3D visuals for those who can benefit from them:

'In The Pit' is an audio only game on the XBox 360, which has very simple controls and gameplay mechanics. Great for beginners. Find out more information here:
