Shoot 1UP has the most accessibility features of any console game I've seen yet. It's a "bullet-hell" shoot-em-up, normally one of the toughest types of games in the world.

Nathan Fouts of Shoot 1UP sought the assitance of the Accessible GameBase and AbleGamers.com to help with suggestions for accessibility features. He rapidly added:

A high-contrast option, to aid with tracking the on-screen action.
A choice of difficulty modes.
Speed control.
A full one-switch mode.
Auto-fire mode.
Reconfigurable controls.
Quick start option.
