Mousou controllers are battery hand-held gadgets from Bandai which appear to be real games, just minus the screen. Seems that they are not just a sound effects box.

Looks like there's three to choose from, and that the Street Fighter II can be linked up for two-players. If they're cheap enough, they look like fun hand-held audio games like no other.

Reminds me of a Radio 4 piece on a blind/visually-impaired guy who played Mortal Kombat without being able to see the game: http://switchgaming.blogspot.com/2009/03/bbc-radio-4-game-accessibility-in-touch.html - just made portable.
